How long does implementation take?

The "CRM quick-start" package — 1-2 weeks. A full turnkey implementation — 1.5-3 months, depending on the number of integrations (1C, telephony, warehouse) and custom business processes. We fix exact timelines in the proposal after a pre-project review.

Which to choose — Cloud or Self-hosted?

Cloud — Bitrix24 as a service. You pay a subscription, everything is stored on the vendor's servers, no IT department needed. Quick start, automatic regular updates.

Self-hosted — installed on your server. Full customisation freedom, no limits on users or deals, you can modify the core. Requires a server and its administration.

For most companies under 50 employees, Cloud is more convenient. Self-hosted — when you need deep customisation or your security policy requires storing data on your own servers.

Can you integrate with our 1C?

Yes. We build a two-way exchange: invoices, payments, stock, shipments, counterparties. Standard configurations are supported — Accounting, UNF, UT. For non-standard ones we work together with the client's 1C developer or our contractor.

What if the implementation "doesn't take off"?

That's why we start with an audit and the "CRM quick-start" package ($850). At this stage you see how Bitrix24 fits your processes and can stop with no obligation to go into a full implementation.

A 3-month warranty on fixing bugs in a delivered project applies automatically.

What if we need work done after implementation?

We take it on a subscription with reserved hours: $400/mo — 10 hours for consulting and small tweaks, $1,100/mo — 30 hours for support and ongoing development. Response within 4 business hours.

For one-off tasks — Time & Material at an hourly rate of $40-50, minimum 4 hours.
